About Us
Tejpal holds a master degree in Psychology and an MBA. She began her career in Human Resources and Leadership Development. Within a few years, she became the Vice President of Human Resources for a chain of hotels based in Paris. She then led a team of consultants in the field of leadership.
At 33 years of age, Tejpal felt that her soul mission was yet to be fulfilled; she moved from Paris to New York and established an executive coaching practice. Tejpal also caddied on the Ladies Professional Golf Association Tour and experienced firsthand the spirit and attitude of the best golfers in the world.
Still seeking for a more meaningful life, Tejpal attended the Barbara Brennan School of Healing to become a healer. She also graduated as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor.
Tejpal studies healing and spirituality on a consistent basis always seeking to heal herself and deepen her practice. Today Tejpal teaches kundalini yoga and facilitates workshops on Intuition, Soul Mission and Vibrant Living. She also offers individual healing and intuitive sessions.
In collaboration with Dr. Carrol McLaughlin, Tejpal wrote a book Manifest Moment to Moment. This book was published in 2013 by Hay House. You can find more about Tejpal and her work at www.tejpal-inspires.com.
From a young age Shari’s empathetic and compassionate nature led her on a path of helping and healing. Her love for diversity and learning lead her on many adventures and programs. She participated in international studies and eventually lived in Brazil for seven years. During this time, she was involved in many meaningful projects and entrepreneurial endeavors.
She has a bachelor in Sociology and Psychology and a masters in counseling. Shari has years of experience counseling groups and individuals working through trauma, mood and substance abuse issues.
In addition to her private practice as a psychotherapist and rehabilitation counselor, she leads a nationally recognized program for teenagers. Shari has served and continues to serve on nonprofit boards. She has designed and lead workshops and retreats focusing on professional and personal growth, leadership and mindfulness.
Additionally, Shari has taught yoga for decades, and facilitates personal flexibility, awareness, and empowerment in both her yoga and therapeutic practices.
